These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and by the Research Disclaimer, the Disclaimers, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not barred from purchasing these materials under any applicable law

All products sold through this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary use.

By placing an order you certify that you will use the material solely for legitimate laboratory research, that you will not administer it to any human or animal, and that you will not resell or transfer it to any person who intends to do so. This certification is a material term of these terms and of every sale.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, incomplete information, stock limitations or pricing errors.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties. Payment must be received and cleared before an order ships. Where an order is paid outside of standard checkout, the order is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Shipping estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract content from the site without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site

The site and its content, including text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, layout and code, are owned by Harbor Peptides or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from any part of it without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harbor Peptides and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the site or any product, regardless of the theory of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Harbor Peptides and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these terms, your use, handling, storage or disposal of any product, your violation of any law, or any administration of a product to a human or animal.

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to any product are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to the dispute resolution section below, you agree that the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@harborpeptides.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days.
