Refund Policy

Harbor Peptides handles refund and return requests individually rather than under a fixed return window. Research materials carry storage and chain of custody requirements, and once material has left our control we cannot verify how it was stored or resell it.

That means we do not operate a general change of mind return policy. It also means we would rather hear from you than have you guess. Email support@harborpeptides.com with your order number and a description of the issue and we will work through it with you.

If a vial arrives broken, an item is missing, or you received something other than what you ordered, contact us within [NUMBER] days of delivery.

Photograph the outer packaging, the packing slip and the affected items before discarding anything. Those photos are what let us file a carrier claim and issue a replacement quickly. We will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund of the affected items at our discretion.

Because we cannot resell returned research material, unopened product is not automatically eligible for return. Contact us with your order number and we will look at the specifics.

Where we do accept a return, you are responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee may apply. Do not ship anything back to us before receiving a written return authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Opened, reconstituted or otherwise handled material cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This is a chain of custody limitation rather than a commercial preference.

If you believe there is an analytical problem with a lot, contact us with the lot number from the vial label and the certificate of analysis reference and we will investigate it as a quality matter rather than a return.

Reach out as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed we can usually amend or cancel it. Once a shipping label has been printed the order has to ship as sent, and any change becomes a post-delivery matter under the sections above.

If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product value less outbound shipping, return shipping and any carrier fees incurred.

Packages that a carrier holds and that go unclaimed until they are disposed of are not eligible for a refund, because the material is not recoverable. Please make sure the delivery address you enter is one where someone can receive the package.

Shipping charges are not refundable except where the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect item shipped.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing after we process the refund depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

Where an order was paid outside of standard checkout, the refund is issued by the same method it was received.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Almost every issue we see is faster to resolve directly, and a dispute filed without contacting us first freezes the funds while the issuer runs its process.

Where a chargeback is filed, we will provide the issuer with order records, delivery confirmation and correspondence. We reserve the right to decline future orders from an account that files a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us.
